বদলে যাও বদলে দাও

Orpa, She is my sister. She is eight years old. But everyone will surprised when they will know my sister can’t go to school now. But why? For our financial problem? no. I think she can’t go to school for law !!!! Is there any law to stop my sister for her education? I have to inform that my sister is an  WILLIUM  SYNDROME  baby. Our Hon’ble PM and her daughter is doing many things  for autistic and disable child. Is my sister diprive from the basic rights in Bangladesh? But why? If she does not get her basic right, i think many disable child are not getting there basic rights !!

              Will PM do anything for my sister?    Can she live in peace with a normal life ????

I have to inform that, . She is effected on a difficult heart disease. When she was two years old she had a open heart surjery. Doctors says that she has to take two surjery more. My mother is the Headmaster of  Uttar Shatoli Jobaida Girls Government Primary School at Chandpur. My father works in a Private Farm in Dhaka but his factory is situated at Tongi. He had no chance for transfer at Chandpur. My sister need to read in a 1:1 school which is situated in Dhaka. For her treatment she need to live in Dhaka. Can my sister live in Dhaka Without my mother?  It is impossible to continue my sister’s treatment from my father’s income. For this reason my mother  need to continue the job. There is a rule to transfer them in place where there husband works. But they are not transfering my mother at Tongi or Dhaka. There is a embargo for the primary school teacher to not transfer them in Dhaka city. My mother need to live in Dhaka for my sister’s treatment.

It is to inform that my mother had met with PM at Gonovobon in Ed-Ul-Ajha (7.11.2011) and gave an application for our problem. It is the basic right to live in this country peacefully for every disable child and their family. It is the duty of the socity and the government to help the disable child.And the law is also making disturbance in my study. Is there no rights for me to study well in this country? I am also a student of class eight.

My mother have also met with the DG of National Human Rights Comission, Forreign Minister, Home Minister, Social Welfare Minister and Primary And Mass Education Minister.  They are also informed about our problem. But they are not taking any action about our problem.

Few days ago, (06.04.2012) the doctor said that my sister need another Open heart surgery.  Law is for life, life is not for law. So i hope that my sister will get her basic rights in this country.
